CUSHIONCORE TECHNOLOGY
Winning the Good Design Award in 2016 for the Commercial and Industrial Product category, it recognised that CushionCore fundamentally changed soling technology and comfort in footwear.
CushionCore is a four-layer, injection-moulded, soling technology. That means it delivers targeted comfort to every part of the foot. This world-first technology uses two different PU compounds, injected into the mid-sole.
The first compound allows for superior impact absorption at the heel. In every step, it cushions and redistributes pressure to reduce force. Our second compound provides rebound at the forefront, putting a spring in the wearer's step as they push forward.
Our footbeds are all about providing care from the toe to the heel. Hexagonal holes increase airflow and breathability. Plus, a mesh top layer reduces sweat and insulates in hot and cold environments.
Together, these features give customers superior impact absorption, dispersal, and toe rebound that reduces fatigue in every step. And because it’s John Bull, our technology is built to last.
TAKING IT TO THE (QUAD) MAX
Our most advanced footbed has a rebound foam cushion middle layer for extra comfort. A breathable mesh top layer helps minimise moisture while providing added temperature regulation in all weather. Hexagonal holes at the base allow for airflow and breathability.
